The best toasted, grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had the pleasure of working with (and then eating) is made just a mile away form where I live on South Congress Avenue in Austin.
Burro Cheese Kitchen, run by Justin Burrow, is a bright yellow, donkey covered, up cycled, container where they make beautiful sandwichs.
